Craigslea State High School has proudly hosted more than 100 study tours over the last 20 years. Aligning with our school's value of Global Citizenship, we enjoying organising and delivering action-packed itineraries for incoming study tours. We have hosted groups from Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan, and have provided each group with a tailored opportunity to experience Australian culture and school life.
We pair incoming students with “buddies", who are Craigslea State High School students. These buddies join the itinerary at school and ensure that incoming students have a good time. The school organises a range of activities, depending on the length of the study tour. These activities often include English lessons, sport classes, dance classes, group activities, Indigenous engagement, and opportunities to learn about Australian culture and food.
Craigslea State High School is located in the beautiful suburb of West Chermside, and the Brisbane CBD is easily accessible by bus.
