How do I Enrol at Craigslea State High School for 2025
Enrolling your child at Craigslea State High School is an important and exciting decision. We look forward to working in partnership with you as your child grows socially and emotionally, and experiences academic success.
Due to our enrolment capacity, Craigslea State High School has an Enrolment Management Plan.
Craigslea's 'How Do I Enrol Flowchart' provides an overview of the Enrolment Procedure for both In Catchment and Out of Catchment enrolments.

Students enrolling from overseas should read the information provided in the section for International Students.
Information about Enrolments for Year 7 2025 will be made available in Term 2 on Tuesday 7 May 2024. Please first establish if you reside within catchment by using the Education Queensland Catchment Map 2024.
Once you have ensured that you reside within our catchment, please phone our school office for an Enrolment Pack from Tuesday 7 May 2024. All In Catchment applicants are required to complete an Enrolment Pack and attend an individual Enrolment Interview (parent/caregiver and student). Contact the Enrolments Officer (3326 5222) to arrange an appointment.
If you reside outside of our catchment area, but would like to express an interest in enrolling at Craigslea State High School for Year 7 in 2025, please complete the Out of Catchment Expression of Interest Form and submit this to the school office or email enrolments@craigsleashs.eq.edu.au from Tuesday 7 May 2024 and you will be placed on the Out of Catchment Wait List.
If you reside outside of our catchment area and are applying for one of Craigslea State High School's Programs of Excellence, kindly ensure that you complete an Out of Catchment expression of interest, in addition to the Programs of Excellence Application corresponding to your child's area of interest (please refer to 'How to Apply for Programs of Excellence' below).
A position on the Out of Catchment Wait List does not guarantee enrolment at Craigslea State High School. You are not required to complete an Enrolment Pack until an offer has been made.
Please note: Having a sibling enrolled at the school as an Out of Catchment student does not automatically ensure admission for another sibling; they must still follow the Out of Catchment process.
Applications for our Programs of Excellence (Volleyball, Music and Science) will be made available online here on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at 9.00am. All applications must be submitted prior to Thursday 30 May 2024 (Term2).
All Programs of Excellence will be finalised towards the end of Term 3, 2024 and successful applicants will be notified.

Years 8 - 12 In Catchment Enrolments
If you reside in catchment and wish to enrol in Years 8 - 12, we welcome you to contact the school office for an Enrolment Pack. Once you have completed the Enrolment Pack and gathered all necessary documents listed on the Enrolment Pack checklist, please contact the school office to make an enrolment interview.
