Welcome to The Uniform Shop, your one-stop destination for all your student's uniform needs.
We offer the following payment options:
- Cash or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard)
- EFTPOS (available for transactions of $10 and above)
Please note, we do not offer cash-out services.

New Students – Uniform Fitting Appointment
All new students enrolling at Craigslea SHS are required to book a uniform fitting appointment prior
to commencement. To book a uniform fitting appoitnment, you can either check available times through our SOBs booking portal, email us at uniformshop@craigsleashs.eq.edu.au, or call 3326 5203 and leave a message.
Please note that uniform fitting appointments for new students are scheduled outside of our regular trading hours. All fittings must be pre-booked to ensure personalised service.
Online orders or simple exchanges and purchases do not require an appointment. We look forward to serving you soon!
Uniform Shop Trading Hours
The Uniform Shop is open Monday from 8.00am to 10.00am and Wednesday from 7.30am to 9.00am*

End of Year Information
Please note that the Craigslea SHS Uniform Shop will be closed from Monday 2 December 2024.
Uniform fittings are still available by appointment only until the end of term. Please ensure you book your appointment in advance via the SOBs online booking portal, as walk-in customers will not be accepted.

Uniform Shop Fitting Appointments
To book a uniform fitting, please use our SOBs booking portal or contact the Uniform Shop at uniformshop@craigsleashs.eq.edu.au or call 3326 5203. If the Uniform Shop Manager is not able to answer your phone call during our operating hours due to attending to fitting appointments, please leave a short message and you will be contacted outside of Uniform Shop operating hours.
Fitting Appointment Guidelines:
Only one parent/caregiver and one student should attend each appointment.
We ask that you do not bring additional children to fittings, as our space is limited.
If you have two students needing fittings, please book separate appointments.
If you or your child are feeling unwell, please email us at uniformshop@craigsleashs.eq.edu.au to reschedule.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're concerned about sizing, rest assured we have a full returns policy. As long as the garment has not been worn, washed, or altered, and still has the original store labels attached, we will happily exchange it for a different size. To save time, you may want to have your child try on a sibling’s or friend’s uniform beforehand.
