Year 11 and 12

In the senior school students can select from:

Vet Certificates (Non OP)

  • Certificate II – Hospitality

This is a Stand Alone Vocational Education and Training subject.  Students need to study and complete 12 units of competency from the Hospitality Industry Training Package in both the Food and Beverage or Commercial Cookery areas.  

This course of study is designed to provide an understanding of the hospitality industry.  Students have the opportunity to understand issues associated with hospitality workplace culture and practices, and develop the skills, processes and attitudes crucial for making valid decisions. Students will investigate hospitality as a possible future career and develop an awareness of ethical and responsible attitudes in the work environment.
